Review

This review applies to version 0.9 The latest version of this software will soon be reviewed by our informers.

If you remember the 80s, those golden years; your college study, the cassettes, hours, days, weeks spent just playing the simple and rudimentary Atari games; if you enjoyed those days as much as I did, you will feel very comfortable with this little program... an Atari emulator! This means that you can play those old and good games again and again. All that you need is to grab the game you prefer from any ROM portal (they are .rom or .bin files, approximately 10KB sized).
When you have collected a couple of games, just open the program and get into your ROMs folder. But before you start playing, be sure to check the "key bindings" section, in order to know what are the relevant keys that you need to use. You will find it very quickly since this program has a single-window user interface, you will never get lost into many obscure options as you probably did in other emulators.
However, there are a few disadvantages like the requirement of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installation. Besides, the author says that you need "decent" hardware in order to run it smoothly.
Advantages
  • Simple and clear user interface.
Disadvantages
  • Needs .NET framework 3.5 and "decent" hardware
